Einkaufsmärkte (Lidl, Edeka, Netto) sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Gegend (Rixdorf/Nähe Richardsplatz) ist superschön und hat einen ganz eigenen Flair.
Wir unternehmen oft etwas zusammen (Kochen, Feiern, Filme gucken usw.), deshalb wäre es uns wichtig, dass du nicht auf der Suche nach einer Zweck-WG bist, sondern auch Lust hast, mal ein Bierchen mit uns zu trinken.

L'appartement fait 75m2, la chambre à louer 16m2, le salon-salle-à-manger-cuisine 30m2, le tout très confortable, fleuri, bien éclairé, et saupoudré d'une colocataire allemande très sympa, 24 ans, étudiante en Pedagogik et théâtre! Je passe 3 semaines à Paris et peut vous louer ma chambre du 16 nov au 7 déc.
Sur la chambre: 16m2, calme et agréable avec son armoire rouge vif, son vieux fauteuil qui donne envie de mettre des charentaises, son canapé-lit, son futon, et son bureau.
Le salon-cuisine est immense, idéal pour cuisiner et recevoir des amis. Les restaurants au pied de l'immeuble sont délicieux, difficile de ne pas s'arreter en passant devant: un italien, un thai... tous avec un fumet à réveiller l'appétit d'un ogre repu. Vous n'aurez plus qu'à vous asseoir à l'une des tables et regarder la jolie église de l'autre coté de la rue.
La salle de bains est pourvue d'une vraie grande baignoire.
Je peux vous fournir les serviettes de toilette et les draps.
Quant aux transports, la situation de l'appart est idéale:

The room is fully furnished with desk, chairs, boards etc. There are blankets, pillows, bedsheets and towels, so you need only to bring your own toiletry stuff and clothes. There is a cable TV set with international channels, a telephone with its own telephone number and internet access in the room. If you are two people, I have a double bed or extra bed. I have had couples here before, and they were happy ...
The apartment is newly built and big - 130sqm - and located on top of a traditional "old-Berlin"-house. We are 2 people here - one journalist, female, one transport manager, male - and one very discrete cat. The kitchen is fully equipped (-> dishwasher, fridge, freezer, pots, dishes, towels, etc.) and can be used for own cooking. The bathroom is equipped with bath tub, shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Floors are laminate or tiles.
The area (Schoenhauser Allee) is ideal for Berlin visitors - full of restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, shops, hairdressers, fitness studios, etc. Pleasant, trendy people. 100 m away there is a park and a sports center to go jogging.
Public transport is perfect - underground, busses, trams and taxis are in only 5min. walking distance, the major stop is called „Schoenhauser Allee“, served by five different lines. Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt in Berlin-Mitte are only 2km or a 10min. drive with the underground.

The room is 18 sqm (ca. 180 sqf) and is to the quiet and beautiful backyard.
There is a big kitchen and big bathroom (bathtub) in the appartment. It's right in the centre, next to Rosenthaler Platz, Auguststrasse, Oranienburger Str.
Tons of bars, restaurants in the area and also a nice little park at Nordbahnhof with the nice, recommendable cafe Bondi at the corner in fron of the house.
All kinds of publis transportations are at Nordbahnhof as well (S-Bahn, Tram, Bus and U6-Bahn Zinnowitzer Str). So every part of Berlin can be reached fast and easily.

The Street
The location of this apartment simply doesn’t get any better. Oderberger Strasse is very beautiful (all the buildings are renovated pre-war buildings) and the street and is lined with lovely cafes (there is one in the apartment building, and one opposite ... both serve excellent coffee), very cool bars (open late), fabulous restaurant and chic boutiques, including a large range of funky second-hand shops. At one end of OderbergerStrasse is the Mauer Park, where you will find the huge Sunday markets (immensely popular all year round – great for shopping, entertainment, people-watching, taking photos and the famous karaoke session in the afternoon). At the other end is Kastanienalle, another wide boulevard lined with bars, cafes, shops and affordable, quality restaurants.
