I live in a lovely central but quiet neighbourhood Tiergarten/Mitte. There are several public transport means available (underground lines 1,2,3 and 4, busses and night busses).
You can get to Zoologischer Garten in 15 minutes, Friedrichstrasse in 20 min, to Prenzlauer Berg, where Berlin night life rocks, in 25 min. Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain are also quickly and easily accessible.
There are many cafés, small shops, and Europe’s largest park Tiergarten
The room is fully furnished, has a double bed, central heating, TV, own fridge and WLAN access.
Bedclothes and towels are provided.
The room is in a nice old building with high ceiling. You will have 8 young and friendly students as neighbours on your floor, with whom you share the large kitchen, bathroom. They might be gone home though.
The flat is clean, 5 times a week cleaning staff cleans the kitchen, bath and WCs. We also have washing machines in the cellar.

The two closest U-Bahn-stops are “Mehringdamm” (U6) and “Gneisenaustraße” (U7). From Mehringdamm to Friedrichstraße it will take less than 10 minutes. A 5-min-walk from the apartment is the Victoriapark, which is great for jogging and has a wonderful view of the city. Cleaning of the shared rooms will be done in weekly turns.

The 6-room-apartment is on the first floor. I took this place additionally to free the house from some chaots living there. It's kind of important to know that. We want a friendly, clean and respectful atmosphere. At the same token, you can expect the same quality towards yourself from anybody in the house. We live WITH another, not against another.
The upstairs apartment has 5 bed-rooms,two bathrooms, 1 living-room, plus 2 balcony - Productive and creative people live there,

Subway,the "S-Bahn"(commuter railroad), and a tram(streetcar) - line are all just around the corner, as you can see on the map. There's a park (Traveplatz) just down the street, where you can hang in the sun or play Ping-Pong (4 tables) , basketball, soccer (in extra fields) or whatever. There are 5 major grocery chains (LIDL, ALDI, KAISERS,EDEKA & REAL) in walking distance , plus a BIO stores as well. There even a lake ( Rummelsburger Bucht) not too far.
Friedrichshain, which is the district of Berlin, the place belongs to, is THE happening area to be in Berlin. There's a lot going on, and tones of young people live there. - a major evolving and creative surrounding. Clubs and nice cafes are lining up on the street-sides. You will definitely have a lot of fun.

In the Big Room: 1 big and comfortable Bed, small Table, Bureau, Shelves, Chair, Couch, Lamp, really simply and tasty.
In the Small Room: 1 small and comfortable Bed, Table, Chair, Armchair, Lamp, really simply and tasty.
Internet connection (Wireless).
For the Big Room: 170 euro per week (for 1 person) or 230 euro per week (for 2 persons)
For the Small Room: 150 euro per week.
